You can ask us to delete the data IO Technologies stores about you or your business at any
time. We respond within 30 days and confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
Include the email address (or business name) associated with your IO Technologies tenant.
If you sign in via Facebook, also include the Facebook user id you connected.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will
send a confirmation email when the deletion has been processed.
Deletion is permanent. Once we delete your data we cannot recover it. If you only want to
pause the service, contact us instead and we'll suspend without deleting.
What gets deleted
Your account record (email, password hash, profile data).
Account memberships and role assignments.
All conversation history we have stored about your tenant.
Personality and brand configuration.
Webhook event audit logs older than the retention period.
What does not get deleted
Data hosted by third parties on your behalf — for example, the actual messages on Meta
Messenger or your orders on Shopify. Those are owned by Meta and Shopify respectively.
Use their tools to delete from their systems.
Anonymized, aggregate analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Records we are legally required to retain (for example, tax records).
