IO Technologies LLC ("IO Technologies", "we", "us") provides software that helps businesses
organize their conversations and operations across the platforms they already use. This
policy explains the limited data we collect, why we collect it, and how to remove it.
The data we collect
Account information: the email address, name, and password hash used to
create an IO Suite account.
Tenant configuration: the brand name and personality settings a business
attaches to its tenant — used to shape AI responses on its behalf.
Conversation telemetry: when an external platform (Meta, Shopify, WhatsApp
Cloud API) sends us a webhook event, we store the message id, sender id, timestamp, and
message body so the business can see its own conversations in one place. We do not enrich
this data with third-party tracking.
Operational telemetry: error logs, request latencies, and audit events for
security and reliability. These do not include message bodies.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share data with advertisers.
We do not train models on your conversations without explicit, per-tenant opt-in.
We do not retain data longer than necessary to serve the tenant.
Where data is stored
All IO Technologies data is stored in encrypted form on Amazon Web Services in the United
States (us-east-1 region). Encryption keys are managed via AWS KMS with rotation enabled.
Database backups are retained for 7 days and encrypted at rest.
Third parties we use
Amazon Web Services — infrastructure (compute, database, storage).
Anthropic — when a tenant opts in to AI responses, we route the relevant
context to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Anthropic does not train on this
input by default.
Meta Platforms — for webhook delivery from Facebook, Messenger, and
Instagram when a tenant has connected those channels.
Stripe — for payment processing of subscriptions, when a paid plan is
purchased.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
